Deserving Coastie (Nominations and Nominee)

By entering in a nomination (at the bottom of this form), both you (the “nominator”), and the “nominee” accept the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Each months winner will be selected on the last Friday of each month. Winners will be contacted by phone.

The nominee will be prepared to have an “After Photo” taken and agree to the use of this photo to be shared on Social Media (Facebook & Instagram) and Hair Scene – Hair & Beauty’s clients via email.

The luxury Pamper Package consists of a Luxury Fibre Clinix Conditioning Treatment and 10 minute Head Massage, Style Cut and Blow Dry valued at $121.

This gift is not redeemable for cash or products.

There is a time limit on this Luxury Pamper Package which is to be used within one month from notification.

One person each month will be selected as a Deserving Coastie. Hair Scenes decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

You can nominate the same person again on a different month if you choose.

Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

Hair Scene – Hair & Beauty will not be held responsible for any typo errors.

The nominee selected will be required to sign a release form for Photos to be used for promoting Deserving Coasties.

Hair Scene – Hair & Beauty will not use any personal information that we have collected for any reason except your name, photo and the reason you were nominated.

Hair Scene’s “Deserving Coastie” promotion is solely for the purpose of giving back to the community and can discontinue at any time.
Hair Scene will always honour the winning nominees already chosen.
