We try our best to dispatch your purchase promptly.
We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged during transport, nor lost parcels which have been requested as non-signature.
When a delivery is accepted, you accept the item in the condition it arrives.
We ensure that your items are packed safely, and are in great condition before they leave our premises.
Estimated arrival times are taken directly from the couriers, therefore we do not have power over delivery schedules.
New Zealand Delivery Charges
All orders are shipped via Courier or NZ Post (Tracked Parcel).
Please ensure to check the item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
We will, however, be more than happy to assist you to make a claim with the courier company for any lost or damaged items.
Overseas Delivery Charges
If you wish to purchase an item as a gift and have it delivered to an overseas address, please contact us for delivery and pricing options.
The Ordering Process
When you place your order online you will receive an email confirming delivery and order details.
Delivery details must be to a street address as we do not courier to PO Boxes.
All deliveries to rural RD addresses will be via NZ Post.
We accept no responsibility for misplaced parcels if you provide an incorrect street address.
A courier is used for all city and suburban addresses, and New Zealand Post for rural deliveries.
We process your order within two working days (excludes the weekend and public holidays) of the payment clearing.
We use Courier Tracking to minimise loss and damage to your products.
All deliveries are tracked by the courier company.
Courier companies will require your signature on receiving your products. Deliveries with NZ Post do not require signatures.
